AFRIFINANCE has a pool of multilingual staff with fluency
in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese and
Spanish. Our Team is multicultural and diverse, with most having lived
and studied across the continents.
With solid experience in the financial services sector
supplemented by a strong business strategy & communications background,
the AFRIFINANCE team consistently provides professional and focused service
to its clients.
Mr. Alioune P. Ndao – MANAGING
DIRECTOR |

A citizen of Senegal, Mr. Ndao graduated from Dartmouth College
and Harvard University. He is a commercial and investment banker
with international experience in the fields of portfolio and debt
management, credit and marketing, corporate finance, and SME financing.
During his banking career spanning 28 years, he has held senior
positions at J.P. Morgan Chase in New York, Paris and London, at
the Banque Centrale des Etats de l'Afrique de l'Ouest in Dakar,
and at HSBC Equator Bank in London.

Mr. Alcine Dos Santos – PROJECT
MANAGER |
|
Mr. Dos Santos trained as a Lawyer before pursuing a career
for over 18 years in various Banking Institutions. He is an expert
in Banking & Corporate Law, Financial Analysis, Accounting,
International Business and Foreign Business Transactions. He has
been with AFRIFINANCE since 2000, where his exceptional professional
experience is dedicated to working within Francophone Africa.

Miss. Yacine J. Ndao – PROJECT
MANAGER |
|
Miss Ndao, formerly of Deloitte & Touche Tax and Legal
Belgium, obtained a post graduate degree in Business Studies from
the London School of Economics. She has solid experience in Corporate
Communications, having worked for the 3rd largest Bank in New England
U.S.A., supplemented by a strong Social Sciences background. Her
international exposure and fluency in four languages make her a
valuable asset to the AFRIFINANCE team.

Ms. Myriam Sallah – PROJECT
COORDINATOR |
|
Ms. Sallah has a degree in European Business Administration
from the U.K. and a Management Diploma from France. Her practical
experience in public service and commercial environments make Ms.
Sallah a dynamic and proactive addition to the international AFRIFINANCE
team. Her previous roles included that of a French/English Interpreter
and of assisting the Ghana Consulate General at the Senegal Headquarters.
She is still very well connected within the Diplomatic Corp.

Mr. Marcelo Timoteo – JUNIOR
ASSOCIATE |
|
A recent graduate in Business Studies, Mr. Timoteo had previously
worked at a large Bank in Paris before relocating to Dakar. He speaks
English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently. He is currently
strengthening his analytical and management skills by working on
a number of interesting assignments for AFRIFINANCE, namely within
marketing and IT. |
Ms. Alima Sylla– SENIOR ASSISTANT |
|
Ms. Sylla joined the AFRIFINANCE team after a successful career
at a large Professional Services firm in Dakar. She is hard working
and organized. Her skills include a high level of computer literacy
and Human Resource Management. She works directly on most AFRIFINANCE
projects, assisting Managers where needed. Her input is often requested
on matters dealing with Francophone clients.

Miss. Louise Ndiaye – EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT |
|
Miss. Ndiaye trained as a Computer Analyst before entering
the field of Office Administration. She has been with AFRIFINANCE
for over five years and has consistently exceeded expectations.
She is the first point of contact for clients visiting the AFRIFINANCE
office in Dakar. Miss Ndiaye is a highly motivated and valued staff
member whose responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director
and overseeing front office administrative tasks.
